United Christian College (Kowloon East)

United Christian College is a Christian secondary school established in 2003. The school is located in Shun Lee, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Every child is created in the image of God and has the potential to succeed. The concerted efforts of the dedication and professionalism of teachers, and the support
and involvement of parents are critical in the education of the children.
A well-articulated curriculum, sound biblical teaching, a healthy school culture and well-equipped facilities are indispensable in effective learning. Student learning will be greatly facilitated through a learning community.
To identify and develop God-given abilities and talents to his fullest potential and to become a person with faith, moral character, knowledge, culture and dreams in a caring environment. It is hoped that students would formulate their life direction and goals, build a positive life view, form a habit of lifelong learning, have a solid foundation for further education, acquire a sense of social responsibility and live a life according to God's will.

The school also provides church life to students and parents. United Christian Community Church was established by the school chaplain and the school principal in October 2004 for the purpose. About 100 adults and 60 teenagers attended the church in August 2006.

The school building is adjacent to Shun Lee Disciplined Services Quarters and Saint Too Canaan College near New Clear Water Bay Road. The construction of a new dormitory would start from October 2007 to provide a hostel to students from distant districts and the Mainland China. At the same time, a new chapel for United Christian Community Church would be built as a sign of school-church integration.
